Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage a diverse product portfolio by establishing scope of the product offerings within the context of the brand strategy and competitive set
Lead a team of product managers across all levels and work collaboratively with other leaders for projects with multiple cross functional teams
Coach and develop direct reports in a manner that models and reinforces the leadership behaviors and values of DFC
Drive alignment and effective problem resolution across sales, channel, brand, service operations, new product development and the DFC executive team
Leverage market analysis, competitive knowledge, and customer research to define and validate strategy and detailed product plans for your category
Expeditiously shepherd the launch of new products by prioritizing the new product development pipeline
Define and analyze product metrics to inform decision-making and measure success

Requirements

8+ years’ experience in marketing or product development
5+ years' experience leading others
Ability to translate strategic goals into plans and actionable objectives
Ability to make decisions aligned with the strategy, based upon a mixture of data/financial impact (analysis), experience and judgment (insights)
Exceptional project management, organizational, writing, & presentation abilities
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize work to meet deadlines and multiple requests
Ability to deal with ambiguity and pressure in a growing fast-paced company
Occasional international travel is required
Work out of the Indianapolis office on a hybrid schedule and be on site for all required events
