Job Summary

Support a premium VIP hospitality program by delivering a seamless, high-touch guest experience at HPE events, coordinating activities, transport, and on-site service.

Hospitality & VIP Experience: welcome, amenities, and service quality aligned to brand commitments.
Event Operations: on-site support, guest inquiries, troubleshooting, and coordination with activity hosts.
Guest Mobility & Programs: escort guests to cultural activities, manage transport loads, and space provisioning in HPE areas.

Responsibilities

Assist the Hospitality Lead with the distribution of event-related gifts and amenities to VIP attendees
Maintain thorough understanding of the hotel's facilities and services to enhance the overall VIP experience
Escort and host guests at possible cultural activities
Help to gather guests in HPE space for their transports; load onto vehicles
Provide on-site support during events, addressing guest inquiries and troubleshooting issues
Maintain positive and customer-focused attitude to enhance the overall VIP experience
Tidying up Hospitality area, running local errands - on an as-needed basis

Requirements

18+ years old with a High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Event, experiential marketing, and hospitality experience required.
Strong organization, communication, and attention to detail.
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Able to take direction, adapt to change, and work collaboratively.
