Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Creative Services in recurring forums such as Weekly Creative Services - Traffic and Shared Services Creative Team Standup to align on workflow, priorities, and asset delivery.
- Manage or contribute to studio resource documentation (e.g., “Studio Necessities List,” “Studio Upgrade list 2026”).
- Support video and photography projects by coordinating logistics, gathering requirements, managing timelines, and partnering with internal teams and external vendors.
- Support marketing initiatives across campaigns, programs, product launches, and customer‑facing communications.
- Contribute to operational rhythm through data collection, status updates, and coordination of meeting materials.
- Maintain documentation and ensure brand, compliance, and process alignment.
