Job Description

Responsibilities

Build and close a self-sourced pipeline of advertising deals with brands, agencies, and marketing teams.
Bring existing relationships with marketing executives, media buyers, and brand managers to the table from day one.
Turn first deals into long-term partnerships that generate repeat business.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and campaign length directly with clients.
Own the full sales cycle, from first outreach to signed contract to onboarding.
Partner with marketing and operations to make sure campaigns launch on time and perform as planned.
Partner with the executive team on pipeline status, reporting, and YTD progress.
Represent Stic at industry events and build the network that fuels your next deal.

Requirements

About 5+ years closing advertising or sponsorship deals, ideally in out-of-home, mobile, or vehicle advertising.
An active network of contacts across executive leadership, marketing departments, advertising agencies, and/or brand management teams.
Comfort working in a quota-driven, performance-based environment.
Operate with a builder's mentality. Example, capable of building a book of business from scratch.
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Proficiency with Salesforce.
A valid driver's license, for travel to client sites.
