Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the Account Manager in managing assigned client relationships, including preparation for client calls, reporting, and follow-ups.
Lead defined program workstreams such as recruitment initiatives, seasonal activations, or optimization projects.
Draft client-facing performance insights, recommendations, and recap materials for review.
Analyze creator and program performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
Support the development and execution of influencer recruitment, activation, and optimization strategies.
Recommend optimizations related to creator mix, incentives, commission structures, and content formats.
Oversee day-to-day execution managed by Specialists, ensuring timelines, accuracy, and quality standards are met.
QA tracking setups, reports, and creator activations prior to delivery.
Troubleshoot escalated creator or tracking issues in partnership with internal teams.
Own reporting and performance analysis for assigned workstreams or programs.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or performance partnerships.
Experience supporting client relationships and strategic initiatives.
Strong analytical, organizational, and storytelling skills.
Hands-on experience with CreatorIQ (or similar platforms), Excel/Sheets, and project management tools.
Confident communicator with growing presentation skills.
