Job Description
Drive network videography and photo content creation for WMCHealth, capturing patient stories and provider profiles across field and studio settings.
- Capture high-quality video and photography in field and studio settings.
- Must-have: 3–5 years of video production or related creative experience.
- Standout: Proficiency with Final Cut Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
- Create short-form video content optimized for social platforms following platform guidelines.
- Support development of animated graphics and motion graphics as directed.
- Organize, archive, and manage all video and photo assets per standards.
- Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment to ensure readiness.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to schedule shoots and clarify goals.
- Contribute ideas during team brainstorms and respond to creative direction.
- Learn and adopt new storytelling techniques and tools as guided by the team.
- 3–5 years of related work experience, coursework, or portfolio projects in video production, content creation, or a related creative field, required
- Bachelor's degree in film, video production, fine arts, communications, journalism, or comparable degree/focus, required
