Job Description

Responsibilities

Coordinate the setup, launch, and execution of ad insertions during live B1G+ streams across web, mobile, and connected TV devices
Monitor advertising campaign performance and manage trafficking/tracking setup
Generate daily/weekly campaign performance reports for internal stakeholders to identify trends, insights, and recommendations for optimization
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines
Effectively communicate status, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements

Flexible to work non-traditional schedule, most commonly nights and weekends
Familiarity with digital advertising operations, ad serving platforms, and programmatic advertising
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Passion and knowledge of Big Ten Athletics beyond football and basketball

Preferred

Bachelor’s degree in media, Advertising, or a similar combination of education, training, and experience working with digital media and streaming products
