Job Summary
Own the end-to-end asset workflow for coordinated MarComm campaigns, ensuring on-brand, timely delivery of creative assets and clear briefs that guide design partners and external vendors.
- Asset workflow coordination: track asset development, review cycles, and approvals to keep campaigns on schedule.
- Brand and asset governance: maintain a centralized DAM and enforce brand guidelines across digital and print deliverables.
- Campaign packaging and briefing: prepare asset packages and creative briefs to align with campaign objectives and platform specs.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track the development, review, and delivery of marketing assets needed across the system, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and all specifications needed.
- Serve as a liaison between marketing, design, and external vendors to manage timelines, feedback, and approvals for creative deliverables
- Maintain and organize a centralized digital asset management system to ensure easy access to current and approved marketing materials.
- Support in the launch of marketing and advertising campaigns by packaging and trafficking creative assets tailored
- Assist in the ideation and organization of creative briefs for marketing and advertising campaigns.
- Ensure all creative content meets correct specifications for delivery, including file formats, resolution, and sizes.
- Develop an understanding of the HHC brand guidelines including colors, fonts, logo tiers, design elements including imagery and graphic elements, voice and tone.
- Stay informed on industry trends and platform updates to proactively adjust asset requirements and marketing strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- 1 year of experience in marketing, advertising or related field
- Healthcare experience is helpful, though other industry experience will be considered.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word): Firm understanding
- Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop): Basic understanding
- Proficient in using digital asset management (DAM) systems.
- Maintain an organized digital asset library, streamlining access to up-to-date marketing materials, and ensure brand consistency.
- Familiar with file formats, resolution standards, and sizing requirements for digital and print media.
- Comfortable working with project management tools to track asset development and approvals.
- Understand and communicate creative specifications to design teams without needing to execute design work directly.
- Review creative deliverables to ensure alignment with campaign goals, platform specifications, and brand
- Adapt asset requests to meet the technical requirements of various platforms (e.g., Instagram, email, website banners).
