Owns property-level marketing across a multifamily portfolio, leading digital updates, listings, signage, photography, promotions, and launches while coordinating vendor feeds and site optimization.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the execution of property-level marketing strategies across our multifamily portfolio, coordinate and complete digital updates, advertise listings, signage, collateral, photography, promotions, property launches, and other marketing initiatives from request through completion.
  • Coordinate website updates, listing and ILS changes, and feed or syndication issues with vendors.
  • Maintain Google Business Profiles and support SEO, AEO/ILS optimization, digital advertising, and social content.
  • Keep property information, floor plans, interactive site maps, photography, promotions, and collateral materials accurate, current, and on brand.
  • Coordinate signage projects, property photography and videography.
  • Support property launches, acquisitions, lease-ups, renovations, and transitions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Must have three (3) years of marketing, project coordination, property management, real estate, hospitality, or agency experience, ideally across multiple locations or concurrent projects.
  • Knowledge of multifamily property management, leasing, and Fair Housing; experience with Entrata or a similar system.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, ILS platforms, PPC advertising campaigns and SEO/AEO concepts.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing, websites, online listings, social media, and marketing asset management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Adobe Creative Suite or Canva a plus.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication.
