Job Summary

Own and drive marketing strategy execution for Medicare Advantage and commercial lines, coordinating campaigns, materials, and vendor partnerships across multiple channels.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The primary role of the Marketing Manager is to oversee the implementation of marketing strategies and the creation of marketing materials for our Medicare Advantage and commercial product lines.
  • This position requires a proactive approach, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects across various media under tight deadlines.
  • The successful candidate will collaborate closely with other members of the marketing team, outside vendors, and be well-versed in all phases of design, print, digital development, mailing, and tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required , preferably in marketing or communications.
  • Three (3) years marketing experience required .
  • Proven a bility to manage marketing campaigns and projects effectively in collaboration with corporate marketing , preferably within the health insurance or healthcare industry.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with all phases of marketing material production, including design, print, digital development, and mailing.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors. Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing (email and other forms of communication).
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to track and interpret marketing performance data. Budget management on a project level.
