Job Summary

Own the operational engine behind multi‑channel campaigns, coordinating planning, assets, and cross‑functional work while weaving in AI to boost workflow efficiency and scale output.

  • Campaign Operations: Plan, schedule, and traffic assets across digital and social to hit milestones from kickoff to launch.
  • Social & Asset Traffic: Run organic and paid social programs with consistent delivery across platforms.
  • Process & Optimization: Use AI to streamline calendars, briefs, and documentation, lifting team throughput and visibility.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Operations: Own planning, timelines, asset coordination, and end-to-end execution across digital and social channels from kickoff to launch.
  • Social & Asset Traffic: Run social campaigns across platforms, manage both organic and paid efforts, and ensure content appears correctly and effectively.
  • Timeline & Workflow Management: Own campaign timelines, workflows, and deliverables to keep projects on track in a fast-paced environment.
  • Asset Coordination: Organize and traffic campaign assets across channels, ensuring the right content reaches the right place at the right time.
  • Campaign Operations & Documentation: Maintain campaign calendars, trackers, and documentation to provide visibility and support smooth execution.
  • Brief Management: Own campaign brief intake and tracking, ensuring clarity and alignment from the start.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, content, paid media, partnerships, and other teams to coordinate efforts and remove blockers.
  • Performance & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and compile insights and optimization opportunities.
  • Process Improvement: Leverage AI to improve campaign processes, tools, and workflows to scale output.
