Job Summary

Own pursuit materials and client narrative from qualification through final submission, while coordinating capture planning, kickoff meetings, and staff storytelling for professional services in A E C.

Pursuit Materials: Shape qualifications, proposals, and tailored project descriptions for client pursuits.
Content Coordination: Lead kickoff meetings, content development cycles, and final submission prep with Marketing and BD.
Staff Narratives: Create staff resumes and pursuit-ready materials to support win chances.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead development of qualifications and proposals
Support the development of capture planning, presentations, or client debriefings
Prepare and distribute marketing materials for potential clients
Support Marketing Team with administrative duties
Support Operations and Business Development with national trade organization events, initiatives, and administrative duties
Facilitate pursuit kickoff meetings, content development, review cycles, and final submission preparation
Create tailored project descriptions and staff resumes for use in pursuit materials

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, strategic communications, journalism, or similar degree - Required
Minimum of five years of experience in marketing professional services in the A/E/C industry - Required
Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Required

Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
Ambitious, creative, and a team player
Excellent judgment, and work accurately and efficiently with minimal guidance
