Job Summary

Own and communicate the technical product story end‑to‑end, guiding messaging, enablement, and launches while arming sales and engineering with credible assets and battle-ready materials.

  • Lead cross‑functional messaging and roadmap alignment from customer and market insights
  • Develop technical assets and launch playbooks to support demand gen and field enablement

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the go-to positioning authority across Product Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Designers, and Mission Success to translate customer and market insights into evidence-based product messaging and roadmap recommendations.
  • Build hands-on technical assets—including proofs of concept, architecture diagrams, and live demo environments—to establish credibility with technical decision-makers.
  • Drive product launches as an integrated system, sequencing field enablement, technical demos, TCO analyses, solution briefs, and digital content against defined readiness and performance metrics.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and equip sales and engineering teams with actionable battlecards, technical objection handling, and product positioning frameworks.
  • Partner with broader Marketing to power demand generation campaigns with technically accurate, high-value assets, including research reports and technical white papers.
  • Champion 2F’s technical story in analyst briefings, trade shows, customer advisory boards, and industry forums to drive pipeline growth and product adoption.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years in Product Marketing, Technical Marketing, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Product Management within enterprise software.
  • Hands-on familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, or platform engineering workflows, with a proven ability to translate complex technical architectures into compelling buyer narratives.
  • Demonstrated track record of defining, positioning, and launching complex technical products for both technical and non-technical decision-makers.
  • Experience tracking launch adoption, content performance, and GTM pipeline impact using data-driven dashboards.
  • Strong operational backbone with the judgment to separate high-impact strategic priorities from daily noise.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with experience delivering executive-level presentations, field enablement, and customer-facing technical content.
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly for team alignment, customer meetings, and industry events.

Preferred

  • Prior experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or developer relations.
  • Familiarity with mission-critical B2G SaaS, DoD software acquisition, or enterprise cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Experience marketing an integrated product portfolio that combines software automation with edge deployment solutions.
