Job Summary

Lead multi-location retail energy teams, owning hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and cross-location collaboration with regional leadership.

Own recruiting, onboarding, and development of Retail Energy Consultants
Drive KPI-based performance and coaching programs
Coordinate staffing, operations, and cross-location initiatives

Job Description

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain Retail Energy Consultants.
Train and coach employees on customer engagement, qualification, and appointment-setting best practices.
Manage day-to-day operations across multiple retail locations.
Establish performance expectations and hold team members accountable to individual and team goals.
Monitor key performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results.
Create and manage employee schedules to ensure proper coverage.
Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store management.
Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
Partner with regional leadership on recruiting, staffing, and operational initiatives.
Travel between retail locations as needed.

Requirements

3+ years of experience managing teams in retail, sales, field marketing, customer acquisition, or lead generation.
Proven ability to recruit, develop, and motivate employees.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience managing performance metrics and achieving team goals.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
