Job Summary
Own hospital liaison and market engagement in a regional healthcare setting, coordinating with hospitals and medical professionals to drive referrals and admissions, while leading events and in-person outreach to seniors and families.
- Hospital Liaison & Outreach: represent the facility to hospitals, medical pros, and case managers to generate referrals.
- Events & Presentations: plan and execute targeted sessions for senior communities and the medical community.
- Tours & Conversion: conduct resident/family tours and follow through to convert referrals into admissions.

Responsibilities
- Luxor Healthcare is searching for a motivated, experienced, and hospitality focused seasoned leader with outstanding skills to fill Hospital Liaison / Marketor roll.
- This dynamic leader will lead aswell as work together with our current Team within our STL Region.
- We are looking for a passionate and motivated Hospital Liaison / Marketor to be responsible for implementing a multi-faceted marketing plan including:
- Serving as the liaison to hospitals, medical professionals, and case managers to represent our facility and promote referrals, and admissions.
- Developing and implementing special events and presentations targeted at senior communities, hospitals, and the medical community.
- Conducting tours and meeting with potential residents and family members and following through to ensure potential referrals are converted into happy admissions.
