Own and execute the marketing and sales strategy for the senior living community, driving occupancy and revenue growth by building referral networks, managing digital campaigns and events, and collaborating with leadership.

- Track leads, tours, and move-ins using CRM to inform strategy.

- Manage digital marketing, advertising, and events to promote the community.
- Collaborate with leadership to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue goals.
- Track leads, tours, and move-ins using CRM software.
Requirements
- 3+ years of marketing or sales experience in senior living or healthcare.
- Active AL assessors license OR a degree in a healthcare related field to obtain AL Assessor Certificate via DHSS
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to drive results and meet occupancy targets.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and referral networks.
