Job Summary

Own the resident experience from welcoming tours and leasing to community engagement and marketing, driving inquiries, events, and paperwork through to renewal.

Lead tours, inquiries, and leasing processes to convert prospects into residents
Create engaging content and coordinate events to strengthen the community brand

Job Description

Responsibilities

Greeting prospective residents and guiding them through tours of our community.
Highlighting features, benefits, and lifestyle offerings that make our property stand out.
Managing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Creating and posting engaging social media and marketing content.
Supporting resident events and outreach campaigns to strengthen community engagement.
Assisting with leasing paperwork, applications, and renewals.

Requirements

A people-person with strong communication and sales skills.
Previous experience in leasing, hospitality, retail, or marketing is a plus (well train the right candidate!).
Comfortable with social media platforms and basic marketing tools.
Detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy.
Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
