Responsibilities

Manage campaign logistics to ensure every project is executed flawlessly.
Own daily and weekly client interactions, leading calls and meetings to share performance insights and address requests.
Coordinate with Investment, Activation, and Data teams to act as the internal champion for client goals.
Lead digital and social campaign strategies across platforms including Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon, and Pinterest.
Brainstorm new ways to improve workflows and strategies for clients and the wider business.
Analyse data to craft meaningful insights and recommendations for internal teams and external partners.
Collaborate across teams to build best practices, case studies, and points of view on industry trends.
Contribute to agency culture by being curious, thoughtful, and fearless in approach.

Requirements

Relevant third-level degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience (4–5+ years).
Experience managing clients within complex organisations, ideally in a digital-first environment.
A strong background in digital media, social platforms, and analytics.
A self-starter mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects without losing sight of the details.
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
The ability to communicate complex data in a simple, clear way.

Preferred

A bold and innovative approach, comfortable challenging the status quo.
Prior experience across a broad platform mix (Meta, TikTok, Google, Amazon, Pinterest) rather than a single channel.
Familiarity with agency-side workflows spanning investment, activation, and data functions.
