Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the global Digital Content & Creative Services team (~20 professionals) across the following functional areas: creative and graphic design, editorial and content development, social media and digital engagement, web and digital platforms, podcast production, video production and editing, multimedia and presentation services, technical and creative operations.
Establish clear strategic priorities, workflows, and performance expectations for the team that foster a culture of creativity, innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Partner with Marketing & Business Development leadership, Communications, Knowledge Management, Recruiting, HR, IT, and firm leadership to align initiatives with firmwide priorities.
Serve as a strategic advisor to attorneys and firm leadership on digital positioning, content, multimedia engagement, and brand storytelling.
Develop measurement frameworks and analytics dashboards to evaluate engagement, ROI, and audience behavior across all digital channels.
Lead the firm's digital reputation and engagement strategy across web, social media, multimedia, and emerging channels.
Advise leadership on digital positioning, SEO strategy, market perception, and brand visibility.
Support the launch and branding of new digital platforms, podcast series, and emerging content channels.
Oversee the firm's digital experience across websites, microsites, and content platforms, partnering with technology teams to improve UX, accessibility, SEO, analytics, and platform functionality.
Drive integration between CRM, analytics, content, and digital engagement systems.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
10+ years of progressive leadership in digital marketing, content strategy, creative services, or communications.
Proven experience leading multidisciplinary creative and digital teams.
Deep understanding of digital marketing strategy, brand management, content strategy, multimedia production, social media and digital engagement, web and digital platforms, SEO and analytics, and AI-enabled marketing technologies.
Experience leading organizational transformation and modernization initiatives.
Strong executive presence and ability to advise senior leadership and stakeholders.
Exceptional communication, leadership, strategic planning, and project management skills.
Experience managing agencies, vendors, technology platforms, and complex stakeholder relationships.
Strong understanding of AI trends, governance considerations, and innovation opportunities in professional services.
Supervisory responsibilities: Manages team of approximately 20 professionals.

advanced degree or related certifications preferred.
