Job Description

Responsibilities

Supports efforts to build, strengthen, and maintain relationships throughout ACPE membership to foster a sense of professional home and belonging for all members in alignment with ACPE's Code of Ethics and commitment to being an anti-bias association.
Partners with the Director, Member Engagement to provide exceptional member service, timely communication, and responsive support.
Supports the development and implementation of data-driven member engagement, retention, and recruitment strategies.
Coordinates member onboarding activities, welcome communications, and member outreach initiatives.
Monitors engagement trends and recommend strategies to improve member participation, satisfaction, and retention.
Collaborates with leadership, committees, and volunteers to plan and execute annual, educational, and special member events.
Maintains accurate records of engagement activities and ensure proper tracking of member participation.
Generates membership reports, dashboards, and engagement metrics for leadership and Board reporting.
Collaborates with Finance staff to support timely dues payments, renewals, and membership status updates.
Identifies opportunities to improve member services, processes, and overall member experience.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree and two years of related experience, OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Preferred

Experience working in a nonprofit, association, higher education, or membership- based organization is preferred.
Experience with membership databases, CRM platforms, learning management systems or association management systems is highly desirable.
Knowledge of iMIS software would be a significant plus.
