Job Summary
Own data quality and governance for marketing, CRM, and campaign analytics, turning noisy data into trusted signals that drive campaign recommendations.
- Data Quality & Governance: Clean, deduplicate, and validate contact/agency data; monitor recurring issues for escalation.
- Campaign QA & Analytics: Validate audience counts and reporting outputs to ensure campaigns meet ROI thresholds.
- Cross-Functional Insights: Share data findings with marketing, sales, and operations to inform programs and reporting.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate marketing, CRM, campaign, and reporting data to identify trends, surface insights, and support campaign recommendations.
- Support CRM and marketing data quality efforts by correcting record errors, reviewing contact statuses, researching and merging duplicate records, validating key contact and agency/account information, and tracking recurring data quality issues for escalation.
- Support campaign data QA by validating audience counts, reviewing duplicate or incomplete records, checking required fields, and escalating data issues prior to campaign execution.
- Conducts analysis to ensure marketing programs are showing adequate returns.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to share data insights.
- Maintain contact cleanup queues, track remediation progress, and document recurring data quality issues for review by senior marketing data and analytics resources.
- Maintain recurring program and existing marketing reporting by refreshing reports, validating outputs, confirming data accuracy, and ensuring templates, definitions, filters, and reporting processes remain current and consistent.

- Ability to maintain sound judgement and attention to detail while managing multiple priorities under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
