Job Summary
Own cross-functional proposal and event operations for RailPros, ensuring compliant, on-time submissions and data integrity while steering marketing coordination and stakeholder communications.
- Proposal & data management: coordinate required content, review compliance, and maintain the master proposal data library.
- Event logistics and marketing collaboration: manage the RailPros industry event calendar and attendee registration while coordinating with Marketing on communications and sponsorships.
- Operations and cadence: monitor marketing/proposal inboxes and handle packing, shipping, and ad hoc duties to support the team.

Responsibilities
- Lead proposal coordination efforts for required content, including resumes, project summaries, technical write ups, and forms
- Perform proposal compliance reviews and participate in color reviews
- Provides oversight of the master library of proposal data and maintains updated information
- May lead proposals under the direction of a proposal manager
- Assists in the implementation of marketing and proposal strategies
- Manages the industry event calendar for RailPros
- Executes registration of attendees and secures any required sponsorships or exhibit space
- Coordinates industry event communication and planning with Marketing Manager
- Oversees the packing and shipping of industry event materials
- Monitor group inboxes for marketing and proposal requests
