Job Summary

Drive performance marketing and email-led event promotion for IAB, owning multi-channel campaigns from planning through optimization.

Lead end-to-end performance marketing and email programs to drive event registrations and revenue.
Proven ability to analyze, optimize, and scale campaigns.
Cross-functional ownership of budgets and flagship events like ALM and NewFronts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Leading performance marketing strategies that drive event registration and revenue
Owning email marketing end-to-end, segmentation, personalization, automation, testing, and deliverability
Optimizing the full funnel—from awareness to conversion
Working across channels (email, web, paid, CRM) to maximize performance
Using data to continuously refine, improve, and scale campaigns
You’ll play a critical role in powering flagship industry moments like ALM, NewFronts, PlayFronts, and more
Develop and execute digital and content marketing strategy for event products
Own and optimize email marketing strategy, including campaign planning, segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle automation
Build, test, and optimize campaigns, including subject lines, creative, CTAs, and send strategies
Test new digital channels and strategies to support marketing plans

Requirements

Strong background in performance marketing and demand generation, with the ability to analyze, optimize, and scale campaigns
Deep experience with email platforms + CRM integrations and marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
Proven ability to analyze, optimize, and scale campaigns
Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities, and translating data into clear, actionable insights
Strong communicator who can translate data into insights
Ability to create and adapt marketing assets using tools like Canva, with working knowledge of WordPress and/or HTML/CSS
