Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and update layouts and designs for a variety of projects such as flyers, banners, posters, resource guides, postcards, marketing materials, social media graphics, etc.
Ensure files are print-ready
Schedule and distribute marketing materials
Maintain an organized file structure and version control
Correct and retouch images for print publications and web use
Reply to design edits in a timely fashion
Assist as necessary with department events and perform other job-related duties as assigned
Assist in the development and implementation of the social media posting schedule

Requirements

Pursuing a degree in Digital Media Design or Marketing
Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud - InDesign, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Photoshop
Experience with Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
Previous graphic design experience (coursework or portfolio work accepted)
Proficient using the PC and/or Mac operating system
Current FGCU student
