Job Description
Responsibilities
- You are the quarterback for our TikTok Shop clients. You own the client relationship, the strategy, and the results, and you orchestrate a team of specialists that delivers them.
- This is not a solo execution role. The team runs the day-to-day engine. Your job is to set the strategy for each brand, keep every function aligned to it, communicate clearly with clients, and be accountable for client GMV growth goals and other client success KPIs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of TikTok Shop clients
- Lead onboarding, strategy development, and recurring client calls
- Deliver reporting, insights, and recommendations clients act on
- Own each client's TikTok Shop strategy and GMV targets across all revenue drivers: affiliate/creator content, ads, and shop fundamentals
- Set priorities for the specialist team and keep advertising, operations, and creator work aligned to each brand's goals
- Track performance against our per-brand KPIs (creator-driven GMV, GMV per video, video output per sample) and adjust strategy from the data
- Identify growth opportunities: new products to push, seasonal moments, promotion and pricing strategy
- Set the content direction each brand's creators and coordinators execute against: seasonal angles, hooks, product focus priorities
Requirements
- 3+ years in e-commerce account management, with at least 1 year hands-on in TikTok Shop
- Understands every lever of TikTok Shop performance (affiliate programs, samples, ads, listings, LIVE) well enough to direct specialists and challenge their work
- Excellent client-facing communicator: can present results, explain misses, and sell a strategy
- Great cross-functional communicator: knows how to move internal teams to unified action
- Analytical and data-driven: comfortable owning a revenue target and working from dashboards and spreadsheets
- Organized and systems-minded: documents strategy, follows process, and improves it
- Based in the US with availability during standard US work hours
Preferred
- Agency experience managing multiple brand accounts at once
- Familiarity with affiliate platforms (Cruva or similar) and TikTok Seller Center
- Experience with Amazon, Shopify, or other marketplace ecosystems
- Comfort using AI tools to work faster
