Job Description

Own end-to-end marketing operations and lead management across the Americas with a focus on governance, platform scale, and cross-functional velocity into revenue.

Lead the end-to-end lead management strategy and governance framework, ensuring leads from campaigns, supplier programs, events, digital channels, and third parties are qualified, assigned, tracked, measured, and converted.
Establish the strategic roadmap for lead management and funnel growth, evaluating AI-driven capabilities to improve lead quality, qualification, assignment, and conversion.
Partner with Sales leadership to optimize lead processes, improve follow-up effectiveness, increase lead acceptance, and remove barriers to sales productivity.
Serve as the Americas business owner for marketing operations technologies and reporting platforms, shaping platform strategy with the Global Salesforce Center of Excellence.
Lead development and governance of marketing performance reporting and BI frameworks to reveal campaign effectiveness, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
Drive self-service analytics and reporting through Power BI, Salesforce, and related platforms with data integrity and governance across systems and dashboards.
Collaborate with supplier marketers, sales leadership, and campaign managers to ensure accurate campaign tracking, attribution, and performance measurement.
Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on funnel performance, lead quality trends, conversion opportunities, and operational improvements.
