Job Description

Responsibilities

Identify white-space opportunities for new newsletters, email-first brands, and related audience products
Lead products from concept through testing, launch, and early optimization to ensure distinct market positioning
Strengthen priority newsletters by refining editorial structure, cadence, voice, and reader value proposition
Establish commissioning principles and editorial rhythms to help teams maintain high performance
Partner with technical and product leads to align technical capabilities with creative audience experiences
Advise cross-functional brand teams across Games, Technology, Homes, Wealth, and Lifestyle verticals

Requirements

Professional background leading editorial, email, or audience content strategy in a digital publishing environment
Background developing editorial, newsletter, or digital audience products with direct reader relationships
Creative judgment with a track record of turning audience insight into product concepts
Experience taking email products from proposition through launch and ongoing iteration
Skill in evaluating concepts thoughtfully to refine ideas and elevate promising editorial work
Ability to leverage performance metrics to guide strategic decisions alongside editorial intuition
Experience partnering with designers, developers, journalists, and commercial stakeholders
