Job Summary
Own and coordinate Erickson Senior Living\'s brand execution and PMO initiatives across marketing, brand management, events, and executive communications; lead calendar, intranet Brand Management Center, brand reviews, and enterprise projects using Workfront, while collaborating with design, strategy, and leadership.

Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the continued execution of the Erickson Senior Living brand.
- Create and maintain a calendar of tactics to effectively execute the plan.
- Manage all aspects of our intranet’s Brand Management Center (BMC)
- Work with key stakeholders in design, communications, and operations to review and revise Brand Style Guide on an annual basis.
- Ensure that all branded materials (OFT files, logo files, letterhead, templates, etc) are up-to-date.
- Review and respond to all BMC inquiries; consult with production and other appropriate teams to fulfill requests in a timely manner.
- Act as lead on all brand reviews of marketing and advertising materials developed by the Sales, Marketing, and Communications department.
- Provide timely feedback to the Strategy and Creative Marketing teams when brand-related revisions are required/suggested for marketing and advertising materials.
- Serve as the project management office (PMO) lead for high-priority, enterprise-wide initiatives
- Lead the planning and coordination of key corporate events and leadership forums.
Requirements
- 5 or more years of relevant experience
- Proven knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
- Ability to make data-driven decisions related to advertising and marketing
- Ability to travel to communities as needed
