Support families with infants/toddlers by coaching and coordinating services within an Early Intervention program.

Own family visits and coordinate services with community providers.
Must-have: Master’s in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field with licensure eligibility.
Standout: Pediatric experience and bilingual/bicultural candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities include understanding infant-toddler development, using a parent coaching model, participating in screenings, assessments, and home visits, and collaborating with community providers.
Service coordination and development of Individual Family Service Plans are essential.

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related fields, with appropriate licensure or eligibility.
Two years pediatric experience preferred.
Effective communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and reliable transportation.
