Job Summary
Own and grow a local territory by prospecting, presenting sponsorship programs, and securing advertising sponsors while managing relationships and a full sales pipeline.
- Build relationships with business owners, school administrators, and community leaders.
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and CRM to hit territory goals.
- Travel extensively to engage 1–2 towns per week and maintain a hunter mindset.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop relationships with local business owners.
- Meet with school administrators, community leaders, and local organizations.
- Present our community sponsorship program.
- Secure advertising sponsors that help provide educational children's books free to families.
- Re-engage previous participants and build long-term relationships.
- Manage leads, follow-up, and your sales pipeline through our CRM.
- Represent Ambassador Company professionally within each community.
- Take ownership of your territory and results.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in community relations, field outreach, sales
- Hunter mentality, Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (5 days/week), typically spending time in 1–2 towns per week.
- Self-directed, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficient with CRM platforms and digital communication tools.
