Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist with updating and maintaining the department’s social media platforms and digital signage, ensuring that content is accurate, timely, and compliant with university standards and guidelines.
Help organize, publish, and manage social media content and digital signage to support departmental communication, marketing, recruitment, and student engagement efforts.
Assist in creating digital communication materials, including digital signage graphics, social media assets, and other visual content as needed.
Provide support to faculty and departmental leadership on digital communication initiatives and projects.
Assist with planning, promoting, and supporting departmental events and activities.
Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop content that highlights departmental achievements, programs, and opportunities.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Preferred

Strong visual communication and photography skills.
Familiarity with social media, digital content creation, and graphic design tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to professional communication standards.
