- Drive broad coverage and thought leadership with executive alignment, bylines, and speaking opportunities.
- Track impact with share of voice and coverage metrics to guide programs and investments.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Building Datasite’s reputation as the trusted leader in end-to-end, AI-powered M&A.
- Connecting the stories of Datasite, Grata, Blueflame AI, and Sherpany into a compelling market narrative that supports growth and cross-sell
- Elevating executive visibility and thought leadership across media, analysts, and industry influencers
- Driving high-impact PR execution in a role with real ownership, speed, and strategic visibility
- Shape and amplify the corporate narrative connecting Datasite, Grata, Blueflame AI, and Sherpany—showcasing the strength of each brand and the differentiated value they create together
- Position Datasite as the leader in AI-powered dealmaking and the category creator in M&A infrastructure
- Support cross-selling momentum by elevating the company’s one-stop-shop value proposition for deal teams, investors, and enterprise decision-makers
- Increase high-quality media visibility across business, financial, tech, AI, and private markets press
- Drive operational excellence in a high-volume, multi-brand PR environment where speed, clarity, and execution matter
- Draft and refine press releases, media pitches, briefing documents, executive commentary, and other external communications with speed and precision
