Job Summary
Drive in-clinic patient acquisition and retention for a physician-supervised weight loss clinic.
- Own outreach and lead nurturing to convert community interest into visits.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build awareness in the community and generate new patient interest
- Follow up with prospective patients in a timely and professional manner
- Answer questions, build trust, and guide individuals toward scheduling visits
- Track and manage leads to improve conversion rates
- Create a welcoming, professional, and trusted in-clinic experience
- Ensure patients feel valued, understood, and motivated to continue their journey
- Support retention through follow-up, encouragement, and accountability
- Assist with social media content, testimonials, and local marketing initiatives
- Build relationships with local physicians, gyms, and community partners
