Job Description

Responsibilities

Support proactive media outreach efforts, including drafting press materials, pitching media, preparing background briefs, and staffing interviews.
Manage proactive press opportunities working with public relations agency partners.
Monitor and analyze media coverage and provide summaries, insights, and recommendations.
Prepare monthly coverage reporting documents highlighting performance metrics, areas of success, and opportunities for improvement.
Analyze the effectiveness of communication initiatives using data‑driven insights.
Contribute to ongoing refinement of communication tactics based on performance results.
Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive external communication plans for company initiatives including product launches, customer success stories and organizational initiatives.
Coordinate and support communication efforts across key message creation, press release writing, social media content, and proactive media relations.
Collaborate with team members to refine communication strategies and strengthen brand positioning.
Support cross departmental communication needs, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorshipnow nor in the future
Typically, 5 years of relevant work experience in public relations industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role. Tech experience preferred.
In House Public Relations, Media Relations, and Data analytics proven experience
Proven experience in Marketing and Communications
Proficiencies in media relations, media measurement, social media channels, and strategic communications
Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
