Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve the HHREC website as a marketing and conversion tool.
- Create clear calls-to-action for speaker requests, reservations, and supporting HHREC’s work through donations.
- Maintain accessible speaker profiles and help streamline the Request a Speaker process.
- Improve completion rates for reservation and donation opportunities.
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create, produce, and schedule content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
- Repurpose interviews, events, and archival footage into engaging, captioned short-form video.
- Coordinate content across platforms while maintaining a consistent HHREC voice and visual identity.
- Track audience growth and engagement and adjust content based on results.
- Manage HHREC’s email communications through Constant Contact.
Requirements
- Experience managing websites, social media, and email marketing.
- Strong short-form video and cross-platform content skills.
- Familiarity with CRM, lead-management, booking, and marketing-automation tools.
- Strong storytelling, writing, and brand sensibility.
- Sensitivity and good judgment when working with survivor, descendant, and historical content.
- Self-directed and comfortable developing plans and processes from the ground up.
- Proficiency with AI tools and emerging digital technologies.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills.
