Job Summary
Own end-to-end Casinoverse promotions across Wind Creek properties from concept to guest engagement and prize fulfillment.
- Own promotion execution, testing, and reporting across Casinoverse campaigns, tournaments, drawings, quests, and challenges.
- Coordinate recurring programs and maintain calendars to ensure on-time delivery and cross-property consistency.
- Educate guests on features, promotions, and rewards to drive participation and loyalty while monitoring performance.
