Maintain event budgets, inventories, contracts, calendars, and related documentation.
Manage event and customer data, ensuring accurate reporting and CRM administration.
Support brand awareness through digital marketing initiatives, email campaigns, promotions, and community engagement.
Monitor and enhance the company's online reputation through customer outreach and review management.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, venues, and business partners to support marketing and event objectives.
Analyze marketing and event performance metrics and provide reporting to support business goals.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
At least 1yr of Office Administration & Customer Service Experience
At least 1yr of Marketing Experience, Preferably w/ Event Planning & Management
Prior Experience w/ Computers & Office Equipment (i.e., Microsoft Office, Printer, & Scanner)
Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check

Preferred

Prior Experience within the Home Improvement or Construction Industry is a Plus
