Assist the Client Development team in entering information into the database, extracting information from the database, updating existing records with the most accurate information, and creating new records.
Conduct research through print & digital publications and social media outlets, and collaborate on data & reporting, to help support the Sales Team.
Utilize various technological platforms to help process inbound messages to the gallery.
Help liaise with the global team of gallery assistants to ensure continuous inbox coverage and best practices.
Join weekly meetings and engage with a broad range of Marketing, Client Development, Digital, and Sales team members.
Assist with ad hoc projects and department needs as assigned.

Requirements

Must be comfortable and capable of working with large amounts of data
The ability to multitask, attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to exercise diligence and discretion, be extremely organized, and possess a strong sense of time management.
A genuine interest in contemporary art and David Zwirner’s program; one previous art industry internship preferred.
