Job Description

Campaign ownership: Develop and optimize multi-platform paid media strategies to hit ROI, lead gen, and conversion targets.
Campaign setup: Set up campaigns, ad groups, and ads, choose bidding strategies, set budgets, and provide strategic client insights and performance recommendations.
Performance monitoring: Continuously track performance with analytics tools and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI and KPIs.
Budget management: Allocate budgets across clients and report ROAS with clear pacing and results.
Keyword & audience research: Identify relevant keywords, audiences, and demographics to target the right people.
Ad creation & optimization: Design and test creatives, optimize based on CTR and conversion metrics.
Bid management: Adjust bids and budgets, using automated strategies and manual tweaks for efficiency.
Conversion rate optimization: Collaborate to improve landing pages, user experience, and conversion rates.
A/B testing: Design and run tests to evaluate strategies, creatives, and targeting options.
Market & competitor research: Analyze market trends and competitors to spot opportunities and best practices.
