Job Description

Drive graphic design campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring brand alignment and on-time execution.

Own end-to-end design campaigns and asset production (PowerPoints, Fliers, Signage, Magazine Ads, Direct Mail Inserts, Web Banners).
Present design concepts to internal teams and refine deliverables based on feedback.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Support the team throughout campaign execution and project delivery.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to the design strategy.
Demonstrated 5+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
Agency experience handling multiple client-driven projects with shifting priorities.
Keen eye for aesthetics and details with solid knowledge of design software.
Strong leadership and excellent communication in cross-functional environments.
Familiarity with prototyping tools (Figma) and web design basics is a plus.
