Job Summary

Lead the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies across multiple entities, driving campaigns, media relations, internal communications, CRM, and brand activation while guiding a team and aligning with business goals.

  • Requires strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration across entities

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • The manager is responsible for managing the development and implementation of marketing & communications strategies to achieve the entity‘s business goals, enhance service line growth, and to maintain a positive public image.
  • Responsibilities include comprehensive marketing campaigns, media relations/brand journalism, internal communications, collateral production (internal and external), CRM, brand activation for events and implementation.
  • Works closely with Marketing & Communications leaders at various entities on multiple projects.
  • Utilizes both traditional and non-traditional marketing tactics and media platforms.
  • Also required: Excellent communication skills, ability to supervise team members, and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Regularly exercises judgment and discretion, and demonstrates independent and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelors.
  • Bachelors degree, preferably in public relations, communications, marketing or journalism.
  • Must be detail oriented and have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with daily deadlines.
  • A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in a marketing and communications environment, preferably in healthcare.
  • Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual a plus.
  • Bachelors degree, preferably in public relations, communications, marketing or journalism.
