Job Summary
Own and guide Piedmont Healthcare's creative output across brand, content, and campaigns; shape strategy, lead internal team, and align external partners to drive insight-driven, on-time delivery and measurable content performance.
- Own creative strategy and workflow across brand, service lines, digital, social, and CRM to ensure consistent quality.
- Lead internal creative team and oversee agency relationships to align with brand and organizational priorities.
- Institute measurement and reporting of content performance to guide improvements and demonstrate impact.

Responsibilities
- Lead internal creative team and manage workflow/resource allocation to ensure high quality, on-time delivery across brand, service lines, digital, social, mass media, and CRM assets.
- Align content strategy with internal teams and external agencies/vendors to stay in step with brand, strategy, and organizational priorities.
- Measure, track, and report content and creative performance to drive insight-driven improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Arts, Design, Marketing or related field
- 5 years of experience with content, creative and/or strategy in agency or client side
- Experience in consumer products goods, insurance, financial, travel, hospitality and/or advertising agencies
