Job Description

Responsibilities

You’ll lead a portfolio of ambitious B2B tech clients, helping them solve complex communications challenges with smart strategy, strong counsel and work that gets results.
You’ll set the direction for your accounts, lead your teams with confidence, keep campaigns moving and build relationships that make clients want to stay and grow with us.
You’ll be responsible for making sure your accounts are delivering against both client and agency goals, while identifying opportunities to expand relationships and bring new ideas to the table.
You’ll also play an important role in developing the people around you — giving clear direction, providing thoughtful feedback and creating an environment where your team can do great work.
You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, the support of the team and the opportunity to influence how we continue to evolve as an agency.

Requirements

Agency experience in B2B tech PR — this is essential.
At lease 1-2 years director level experience.
Experience leading accounts and teams with increasing levels of responsibility.
Experience advising senior stakeholders and managing complex client relationships.
A track record of delivering consistently strong client work and developing trusted client relationships.
Experience mentoring and developing junior team members.
A strategic mindset backed up by strong execution.
Commercial awareness and an understanding of how to build healthy, sustainable client relationships.
