Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Activation & Program Management: Translate strategic priorities into sales plays and scalable growth programs.
- Lead program execution across regions, ensuring clear governance, accountability, and performance tracking.
- Define objectives, timelines, success metrics, and stakeholder alignment.
- Drive continuous optimization to maximize business impact.
- Competitive Intelligence & Market Insights: Establish and manage a competitive intelligence and market insights framework for Tyvek® Roll Goods.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Translate insights into actionable recommendations and strategic decisions.
- Continuous Improvement & Best Practice Deployment: Improve marketing effectiveness through standardized processes, governance, and best practices.
- Promote knowledge sharing and scalable ways of working across regions.
- Use data and performance insights to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B Marketing Operations, Commercial Excellence, Demand Generation, Strategic Marketing, or Program Management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as marketing or business
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and analytical capabilities. Ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority.
Preferred
- Education: MBA
- Experience using CRM and analytics platforms to improve business performance and processes; Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
