Job Summary
Own the end-to-end e-communications production and CRM data updates, while partnering with the business development and content teams to keep external assets current and aligned with marketing goals.

- Coordinate cross-team content and asset accuracy on external sites.

Responsibilities
- Coordinates the production and distribution of e-communications requests, including evites, announcements, and news alerts using the firm's email marketing platform.
- Assists with coordinating, managing, and updating data within the firm's CRM system to support email marketing and mailing list maintenance.
- Works with the firm’s business development team and other content administrators across the firm to ensure information and digital assets on external sites and platforms are accurate and current.
Requirements
- Requires a high school diploma and a minimum of 1-3 years of related experience.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Experience using email marketing platforms, CRM systems
- Ability to be detail-oriented, multi-task, and interact effectively with a diverse group of employees.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
Preferred
- BA or Associate’s degree preferred
- WordPress a plus
- Interest in using innovative AI technology, including Harvey and Copilot, to support efficient high-impact work
