Job Summary

Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead cross-channel media strategy with teams and clients.
Use data to identify target audiences and select effective media vehicles.
Prepare detailed media plans, negotiate prices, and execute buys.
Conduct in-depth campaign analysis and turn research into actionable insights.
Demonstrate leadership, project management, and mentoring skills.
Oversee media planning negotiations and contribute to new business efforts.
Understand clients' brands, goals, and industry positioning.
Ahead of needs, maintain positive stakeholder relationships.
Communicate project status precisely and provide prompt counsel.
Build enduring client relationships based on trust and rapport.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent years of experience required.
5+ years advertising experience required.

Preferred

Media experience preferred.
3+ years online media experience preferred.
2+ years management experience preferred.
