Job Description

Responsibilities

Work under the Creative Strategist to conceive scroll-stopping, high-converting concepts and then create them.
Direct shoots, source influencers, write testimonial scripts, or shoot quick hooks to test new audiences.
Be quick on your feet, bold, willing to be weird, and learn how to improve every piece.
Analyze performance insights and build on what’s working, learn from what’s not.
Write scripts in Shinesty’s brand voice.
Write UGC scripts that adapt Shinesty’s voice to the target audience.
Manage content, relationships, timelines, and budgets with influencers and creators as needed.
Write on-brand ad copy.
Review past launches and iterate to make the next test stronger.

Requirements

You balance performance with audience needs, not just funny content.
You can articulate why a video scaled or flopped in paid campaigns.
You have many ideas ready to execute and iterate.
You understand how different audiences respond to formats at different funnel stages.
Clear communicator and can work independently when needed.
You can direct talent on set.
You document your life and content in an engaging way and can apply it to Shinesty.
You have copywriting instinct; human tone matters.
You are comfortable coordinating on set with talent or crews.
You stay in-tune with internet culture and trends.
