Job Summary
Own the creation of authentic short-form videos and educational content across social channels, guiding both content ideas and the overall creative direction while delivering regular YouTube and short-form outputs.
- Manage 20 short-form UGC videos per month (45–60s)
- Develop up to 8 long-form YouTube videos per month (5–6 minutes)
- Collaborate with marketing on content ideas and direction

Responsibilities
- Create authentic, engaging short-form videos for social media.
- Produce educational and informative content covering: - Marketing trends - Law firm operations - Business development
- Collaborate with our marketing team on content ideas and creative direction.
- Opportunity to create long-form YouTube content.
- 20 short-form UGC videos per month (45–60 seconds).
- Opportunity to create up to 8 YouTube videos per month (approximately 5–6 minutes each).
Requirements
- Comfortable speaking on camera.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
- Creative, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
Preferred
- Basic video editing skills are a plus.
