Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead product marketing for Aristocrat Interactive content launches, ensuring priority games and content releases are supported with clear positioning, compelling messaging, launch narratives, and practical go-to-market materials.
Lead the launch marketing approach for interactive content from early planning through post-launch optimization, helping teams understand what is launching, why it matters, who it is for, and how it should be positioned with customers.
Partner closely with Product, Commercial, Customer Success, Creative, Analytics, Legal, Compliance, and regional teams to coordinate launch readiness, align collaborators, and support consistent execution across markets.
Translate product features, roadmap priorities, market context, and customer needs into clear product stories, sales enablement tools, launch briefs, and customer-facing materials.
Support the development of scalable launch frameworks, templates, workflows, and operating rhythms that improve consistency, speed, and quality across interactive content launches.
Work with Creative and launch delivery partners to ensure required promotional assets, product information, content packages, and supporting materials are accurate, complete, and ready for market.
Partner with Customer Marketing and Commercial teams to see opportunities to extend launch impact through customer-specific positioning, promotional support, and post-launch engagement.
Use performance data, customer feedback, market signals, and internal takeaways to optimize launch materials, messaging, and ongoing content support after release.
Track launch effectiveness and content performance indicators, helping the team understand what is working, where improvements are needed, and how future launches can be stronger.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, player behavior, and customer needs to find opportunities to strengthen Aristocrat Interactive’s content positioning and commercial relevance.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, launch marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related marketing roles, ideally within iGaming, gaming, entertainment, technology, or another content-led business.
Shown experience supporting sophisticated product or content launches, with the ability to connect product strategy, customer needs, commercial priorities, and marketing execution.
Solid understanding of interactive gaming, regulated online real-money gaming, iGaming content, or adjacent digital entertainment markets.
Ability to turn product details, features, roadmap priorities, and technical information into clear, compelling narratives for customers, sales teams, executives, and cross-functional partners.
Experience developing sales enablement materials, product positioning, launch briefs, messaging frameworks, customer-facing materials, and post-launch optimization plans.
Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to align collaborators across Product, Commercial, Customer Success, Creative, Analytics, Legal, Compliance, and regional teams.
Analytical approach with the ability to use data, feedback, and market insight to improve launch effectiveness and ongoing content performance.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage senior partners and build positive relationships internally and externally.
Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment, handle multiple priorities, and bring structure to complex launch activity.
Collaborative leadership style with the ability to mentor others, improve ways of working, and help build a scalable product marketing function.
