Job Description
Responsibilities
- Internal communications: Content creation, review and deployment coordination for a variety of internal items. Key responsibilities:
- - Partner with business line and departmental leaders as well as project teams to assess communication needs and develop change communication plans and supporting materials that drive employee awareness, understanding and adoption.
- - Steady development of company-wide messaging from executives or departments
- - Internal talking points and FAQs to support our teammates in fielding customer inquiries
- - Coordination of content and logistics for monthly companywide calls
- - Support enhancements to and updating of company intranet
- External communications : Content creation, review and deployment coordination for a variety of customer-facing change communications and community-facing promotional and informational materials in coordination with Marketing. Content and format are tailored to specific audience to ensure the optimal delivery of important information and can include:
- - Development and support on letters, emails, talking points, webpage content and more for customer change communications
- - Assistance with project management and writing support on community report
- Public relations : Supports the Director of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications in managing our media relationships, both proactively and reactively, as well as seeking opportunities for promotion of our brands. This includes:
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Prior Experience: 3+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, marketing or related field. Experience in financial services a plus.
