Job Description

Oversee marketing strategy and performance across multiple markets.
Serve as a strategic advisor to market leaders and brokers, aligning marketing efforts to revenue goals, business priorities, and client development strategies.
Identify growth opportunities and position marketing as a driver of business development, pursuits, and client engagement across all assigned markets.
Extend and operationalize the national marketing platform across all assigned markets.
Ensure consistent adoption of tools, workflows, and standards across markets.
Act as the primary connector between local markets and national platform teams (Brand, Content, PR, Operations, Data).
Drive efficiency by shifting work from custom, one-off execution to scalable, repeatable systems.
Lead adoption and integration of AI and workflow automation across assigned markets.
Redesign marketing workflows to reduce manual production and increase strategic capacity.
Enable local teams to operate as conductors of systems, not just executors of tasks.

Bachelor0s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a masters degree is a plus.
12–15+ years of marketing experience, preferably within commercial real estate or a related industry.
Demonstrated experience leading marketing across multiple markets, regions, or business units.
Proven ability to drive both strategy and execution within a complex, matrixed organization.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with a focus on digital marketing and lead generation.
Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and digital marketing tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both internal and external stakeholders.
